We want you to be fully satisfied with your Deschutes gear. Non-perishable items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the items in original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship Back

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
